My friend Kristen and I started this blog to share our Ethiopian addiction with the free world. Though each of us stumbled upon this new vice on our own, we’re excited to enable one another and fuel our respective injera inclinations.
This has led to us traveling the world in search of more places to satiate our Ethiopian cravings. Each time we try a new place, we’ll record our experience here.
Whether you’ve never heard of Ethiopian food or you’re even more addicted than we are, we hope you find our reviews useful. We’re not food experts, or even Ethiopian; we’re just two women with a passion and a blog.
Please feel free to leave comments, suggest new eateries, or vehemently disagree! We’d love to hear from you.
As the owner of TypeAs, Inc., I travel around the country helping businesses of all sizes to streamline processes, cut costs, and increase overall efficiency. My life’s goal is to make the world a more efficient place so individuals can have more time and resources to devote to what’s most important to them.
My “outside” interests, if such things can truly be separate, include Austrian Economics, alliteration, Ethiopian food, GTD, veganism, continually re-reading Atlas Shrugged, and pursuing my lifetime goal of drinking a Guinness in every country in the world. You can usually find me in Seattle with my three cats, Bacardi, Martini, and Kahlua.
